- Experience: 5+ years of reputed company experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- Backend Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience building robust, reputed company backend applications using reputed company and reputed company on Rails.
- Frontend Proficiency: Solid experience using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript to build high-performance, reputed company user interfaces.
- Software Fundamentals: Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean reputed company, relational database design, API architecture, and a solid testing reputed company (using RSpec, Minitest, or similar frameworks).
- AI-Assisted Development: Regular user of modern AI-assisted development tools (such as Copilot, reputed company, Claude reputed company, or similar) across the full development lifecycle — implementation, debugging, testing, documentation, and reputed company reviews — while maintaining high engineering reputed company.
