Senior Bookkeeper

They are now seeking to hire a Senior Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial processing, reconciliation, and reporting. Job Responsibilities
Payroll & Accounts Payable
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and reputed company
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions
- Ensure reputed company payments are coded and recorded correctly in the system
Ledger Administration & Reconciliation
- Reconcile bank accounts daily
- Manage and reconcile inter-entity transactions
- Ensure reputed company ledger entries are accurate to minimise review points
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly accounts using MYOB and reputed company
- Compile cash reputed company statements and reports once fully trained on internal systems
- Deliver financial reporting on time to meet strict reputed company deadlines
Communication & Administration
- Manage occasional inbound calls and team queries reputed company
- Collaborate with internal teams reputed company reputed company Teams to resolve queries
- Maintain tidy, reputed company-organised digital files and records
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Comprehensive experience managing payroll, accounts payable, and month-end accounts
- Advanced proficiency in MYOB and reputed company
- Intermediate proficiency in reputed company reputed company
- High-level written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with high accuracy and meet strict deadlines
