Key Responsibilities:
Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to reputed company migration.
Document, analyze, and re-engineer core business workflows to optimize them for reputed company-reputed company environments (leveraging automation, reputed company, and PaaS solutions).
