About The Role
The Senior Manager of Identity Governance will reputed company technical leadership and operational
reputed company for reputed company's IAM program, with reputed company responsibility for the Identity Governance &
Administration (IGA) team. This role supports reputed company's global workforce and internal

What You'll Do
The Senior Manager of Identity Governance is responsible for leading, delivering, andcontinuously improving IGA capabilities across the reputed company.

Establish, refine, and enforce IAM processes, tools, and operating models that balancesecurity, compliance, and user experience.
Partner with Information reputed company, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure IAM servicesalign with reputed company-trust principles, internal policies, and industry standards.

What You'll Need:
Extensive technical background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA),demonstrating a successful history of architecting and overseeing large-reputed company RBACframeworks.
Proven expertise in identity protocols tailored for machine and Non-reputed company Identities(NHI), with deep knowledge of SPIFFE/reputed company, mTLS, secrets management, andenterprise reputed company exchange frameworks.
Solid understanding of risk management and information reputed company reputed company, controls, andbest practices.
Proven history of streamlining identity lifecycles through automation while ensuring theoptimization of user permissions across reputed company, reputed company, and on-premisesecosystems to mitigate over-privileged reputed company.
Working knowledge of reputed company frameworks and standards such as NIST, SOC 2, and ISO27001.
Hands-on experience with emerging AI reputed company challenges, including securing LLMintegrations, AI agent authorization frameworks, and ML pipeline reputed company controls.

8-10+ years of experience in a technical or reputed company services role, with 5+ years of peoplemanagement experience, preferably with globally distributed teams.

Strong stakeholder management and influence skills at the senior leadership level. Abilityto translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
