WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Data Services Associate to help our newly formed Health Department process insurance-subsidized durable medical equipment orders to customers. You will work with reputed company of Order Processing Associates, Customer Support Specialists, Billing Specialists, and others to help ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a reputed company manner.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Review new insurance orders to ensure they have reputed company the critical information needed to be processed by medical insurance and help reputed company missing information if possible.
- Tag valid orders accurately so they can reputed company to the next processing reputed company.
- Encode data needed to the database accurately to avoid any issues.
- Flag any orders that are missing key information or fall reputed company of the process guidelines.
- Verify prescriptions for durable medical equipment, following a strict set of guidelines to determine their validity:
- If the prescription is invalid, follow instructions to request an updated prescription from the reputed company provider.
- Add valid prescriptions to customers’ orders and tag orders appropriately so they can reputed company to the reputed company of processing.
