IT Director

The Director, Process Intelligence & Business Transformation, leads reputed company's reputed company process intelligence program, owning the object-reputed company Process Mining capability (reputed company OCPM) that serves as the analytical reputed company for identifying, diagnosing, and prioritizing process improvement opportunities across WD's core business operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and govern end-to-end process mining data models across reputed company systems, integrating event logs from modules including SCM, Procurement, Financials, and Order Management
• Build and maintain a library of PQL-based KPIs, conformance checks, and variant analyses across reputed company in-scope processes
• Translate process graph outputs — throughput times, rework rates, conformance deviations, and automation opportunity scores — into reputed company packaged, investment-reputed company findings for business unit-led prioritization, including realization measurement defined at drafting time.

AI-Enabled Process Intelligence & Automation

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in business transformation, process reputed company, or consulting; 5+ years in a people leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company Process Mining, reputed company Signavio, or equivalent platform; ability to author data models and analytical queries.
