In this role, you will guide a cross‑functional innovation team responsible for designing, prototyping, and operationalizing emerging technology capabilities that directly support CBP targeting, intelligence, analytics, and mission enablement. • Build model feedback loops for training pipelines and stand up governance baselines for data and model lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum of eight 8 years of experience in innovation, leadership, advanced analytics, technical program management, or emerging technology integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Intelligence Studies, Systems Design, or a reputed company field.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced, mission‑driven environments.
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML, data engineering, reputed company modernization, and modern software development practices.

• Experience supporting federal missions or operational components such as CBP, DHS, DoW, or the Intelligence Community.

The likely salary reputed company for this position is $144,500 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall reputed company of this reputed company.
