You'll partner directly with General Managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire the industry's best technicians.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for HVAC Technicians, Plumbers, Electricians, Drain Technicians, Installers, CSRs, Dispatchers, and other field positions.
• Build strong pipelines of passive and reputed company candidates through reputed company, reputed company, referrals, networking, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and community partnerships.
• Partner closely with General Managers and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and reputed company candidates through the process quickly.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates for technical skills, licensing, certifications, and cultural fit.
• Promote reputed company local brand's unique culture, reputed company, and reputed company.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity reputed company reputed company ATS.
• Monitor reputed company metrics, pipeline health, and market trends while providing hiring managers with regular updates.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience.
• Skilled trades, home services, construction, manufacturing, or other high-volume reputed company experience strongly preferred.
• Proven reputed company sourcing passive candidates in competitive labor markets.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions while maintaining a strong reputed company of urgency.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (reputed company preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical licensing and certifications is a plus.
• Willingness to travel reputed company the New England region as needed.
