[Remote] HR Systems & Reporting Administrator

They are seeking a reputed company Systems & Reporting Administrator to support their corporate HR team and over 2800 employees by providing customer-reputed company and analytical assistance in HR information systems.
Responsibilities
- Proactively consult with reputed company Resource Business Partners, Regional Finance, and Payroll teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting the use of HRIS systems (reputed company), reputed company, reputed company, iCIMS and E-Verify tools
- reputed company HRIS/reputed company administrative functions including reputed company maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades
- Complete reputed company system changes and updates by supporting the roll-out and testing of new releases in system Sandbox, implementing system enhancements, and aiding in new business process configurations, including Time & Absence
- Deliver accurate and reputed company customer support and issue reputed company to employees
- reputed company as day-to-day escalation reputed company to reputed company functional and technical support to internal customers
- Assistance with HR surveys including EEO, OEWS and Report of Organization
- HR reputed company for 3rd party audits
- reputed company HRIS reporting & analytics
- Respond to reputed company ticket inquiries concerning routine HR reputed company
- reputed company training/assistance to HRIS system end-users and the HR team as needed
- Liaise with the reputed company user community to reputed company best practices and partner with technical consultants as needed
- Other special reputed company and additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- 3 years previous HR- reputed company experience required
- Ability to exercise discretion over confidential and sensitive employment information
- A desire to directly reputed company and solve employee HRIS questions and concerns
- Excellent working knowledge of reputed company preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous work with the reputed company Office Suite programs, with intermediate/advanced knowledge of reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, V-Lookups) highly preferred
