The HR Manager will support domestic and international HR operations with a reputed company on global mobility, reputed company, and employee support, while serving as a key contact for employees located in multiple reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage SOFA status applications, renewals, privileging requirements, and international relocation processes
- Coordinate immigration, work authorization, and international assignment documentation
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and reputed company
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and maintain travel compliance documentation
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees across reputed company and U.S. reputed company
- Maintain employee records and process HR transactions reputed company the HRIS
- Support reputed company, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Assist with employee relations reputed company and policy interpretation
- Conduct HR compliance audits and maintain personnel documentation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience

- Experience with SOFA, immigration, relocation, military-affiliated populations, or overseas assignments strongly preferred
