They are seeking an AVP, Learning reputed company & Workforce reputed company to reputed company the training organization for Group Claims & Operations, ensuring effective learning and development strategies that reputed company with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Sets and executes the Learning & Development reputed company, incorporating emerging trends and partnering with senior leadership to drive reputed company initiatives, change management, and reputed company capability building
- Leads the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs, ensuring alignment to business priorities, organizational readiness, and measurable improvements in performance, productivity, and reputed company
- Establishes and drives performance reputed company, setting priorities, goals, and KPIs while monitoring results and taking reputed company to meet or exceed business objectives
- Builds and leads a high-performing team, including reputed company, development, coaching, and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability
- Partners with business leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs, reputed company strategic guidance, and ensure effective application of training to on-the-job performance
- Drives operational reputed company and innovation, including strategic process improvements, evaluation of training effectiveness, and optimization of resources (including budget reputed company) to enhance reputed company and efficiency
Skills
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Strong business acumen and experience leveraging cost-benefit analyses and metrics to set a strategic reputed company and measure the reputed company
- 10+ Years experience in training that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position, including 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience including influencing senior management/critical stakeholders experience with ideal candidate having experience managing people leaders
- Experience influencing senior management/critical stakeholders experience with a demonstrated history of proactive leadership
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal/external clients with proven ability to reputed company creative and reputed company approaches
- Experience in reputed company or Operational learning and development or training functions
- 10+ years of experience in the Group Protection Insurance reputed company
- 10+ years of management experience, including leading people leaders
- Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to support curriculum and process modernization
