Responsibilities
- Own team performance against application, funding, conversion, and reputed company goals
- Forecast weekly and monthly production while maintaining accurate pipeline visibility

- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching to maximize individual and team performance

- Partner cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and improve sales performance and operational efficiency

Skills
