[Remote] Sponsorship Program Manager

The Sponsorship Program Manager leads operational systems and administrative workflows to support key organizational initiatives, supervising operations staff and managing the application and reputed company processes for sponsorship programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversees operational systems, processes, and workflows supporting key organizational initiatives while coordinating the associated administrative work
- Supervise and support operations staff responsible for program administration, donor coordination, and data management
- Manage the program application and reputed company process, including nominations, application review, participant coordination, and payment setup
- Facilitate reputed company and participation processes for sponsored programs, staff, and program participants
- Maintain program databases and reputed company tracking of participant, donor, and funding data across sponsorship programs
- Support leadership decision-making and communicate program reputed company by creating and leveraging reports, dashboards, and program updates
- Partner with internal and development staff to support strong donor relationships, including coordinating updates, reputed company reporting, and appreciation efforts
- reputed company donor commitments and giving patterns, ensuring accurate allocation of funds to program participants, resources, and staff
- Monitor sponsorship funding reputed company, including received, pledged, and expiring gifts, and maintain visibility into reputed company program funding needs
- Collaborate with organizational leadership, stakeholders, and field teams to identify operational improvements, support fundraising reputed company, and strengthen program reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job reputed company major field of study
- Minimum seven (7) years of relevant reputed company experience, including leading and managing initiatives or programs with outcome-reputed company deliverables, Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum one (1) year of experience directly or indirectly leading reputed company
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders
- Experience with data management/reporting tools
- Previous experience or involvement with reputed company or a similar non-profit organization is a plus
