[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The role focuses on improving customer experience, account retention, and business development while serving as a reputed company of contact with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Meet assigned gross profit and KPI goals
- Build and reputed company relationships with key decision makers
- reputed company existing programs and add new ones
- reputed company business development efforts with sales and reputed company reputed company
- Build and nurture reputed company team relationships
- Manage candidate workflow through acceptance to start date
- MSP/VMS reputed company & management
- reputed company of reputed company reputed company of MSP or VMS programs
- Customer service for assigned clients
- Day-to-day reputed company of key workflows on behalf of reputed company
- Facilitate order management process for MSP clients
- Inputs and manages reputed company orders in MSP/VMS and ATS
- Facilitates reputed company clearance process with reputed company
- Timesheet management & invoicing
Skills
- Locum Tenens: 5+ Years of Locum Tenens account management at a production desk level
- Goal Achiever: 3+ Years proven record of accomplishment of and growing MSP/VMS
- reputed company Service: Proven reputed company record of high reputed company retention and customer service reputed company
- Project Management: Led and managed large reputed company that interfaced directly with MSP/VMS contacts and coordinated with internal resources to fulfill requests
- Education: College degree preferred but not required
- Remote: Demonstrated ability to work reputed company in a fully remote work setting is preferred
- Systems: Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and reputed company)
- Location: reputed company staff must reputed company in one of the following states - CO, GA, FL, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, TX
- Experience managing multiple MSP/VMS Locum Tenens relationships
- Procured, negotiated, and secured MSP/VMS service agreements
- Cross-collaborated with production, support, and management reputed company to service MSP/VMS services
