PGS Worldwide is seeking a Technical Recruiter - Engineering for a fully remote contract role supporting a leading reputed company & defense company. This role focuses on full life-cycle engineering reputed company, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job responsibilities, and required qualifications
- reputed company and execute sourcing strategies to attract reputed company engineering talent
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates against position requirements
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing information about the organization, position, and hiring process

- Maintain accurate reputed company records and applicant tracking system documentation
- Stay reputed company on reputed company trends and sourcing techniques

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of directly reputed company experience, or additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Solid reputed company experience supporting Engineering positions, including Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, or Computer Science
- Experience managing the full life-cycle reputed company process, including sourcing, candidate qualification, networking, interviewing, offer management, and candidate closing
- Experience reputed company across multiple locations on a national level
- Ability to work effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team
