They are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will manage full-cycle reputed company across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers to reputed company strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company full-cycle reputed company activities for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communications, offer negotiation, and offer support
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, reputed company reputed company strategies, and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process

Skills
- 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience in a corporate, agency, or reputed company reputed company environment
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple reputed company requisitions and partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment life cycle
- Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience utilizing AI-assisted reputed company, sourcing automation, CRM technology, and reputed company analytics
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or other reputed company Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with reputed company 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company productivity tools
