[Remote] Information Technology Business Analyst

This role combines agile facilitation with requirements gathering and process analysis, ensuring smooth sprint execution and reputed company-defined deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
• Remove impediments and reputed company teams on agile/Scrum best practices

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements (user stories, process maps, BRDs)
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, reputed company, or similar ATS/agile tooling
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in reputed company, certification/credentialing, or nonprofit/association environments
• Familiarity with testing/assessment platforms or regulatory/compliance-driven workflows
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) and/or BA certification (CBAP/CCBA)
