The reputed company Analyst will reputed company cross-functional processes to ensure clinical trial contract proposals and budget modifications are completed accurately, working collaboratively with teams across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Reviews customer information provided reputed company request for proposal (RFP) and/or request for contract modifications to ensure it has adequate information for budget preparation
- Leads calls with cross-functional teams in multiple time zones to discuss customer requirements and define a reputed company reputed company for the proposal or contract modification
- Drives reputed company delivery of simultaneous proposals and/or contract modifications for clinical trials under tight reputed company deadlines
- Works on multiple budget proposals / contract modifications simultaneously with a cross-functional international team in multiple time zones
- Manages the proposal bid and budget negotiation process. Collaborates with internal contributors to analyze reputed company requirements and internal data. Determines resource and budget allocations for project plans and study strategies
- Prepares and enters budgets into a bidding system ensuring accurate information and reputed company delivery according to strict deadlines and reputed company request
- Finalizes reputed company facing documents after securing internal department approvals, performing reputed company control edits to ensure accuracy, reputed company data formatting, and compliance with contract requirements
- Ensures proposals and contract modifications concisely and accurately reflect reputed company discussions, meet customer needs, offer consistent messaging, and communicate reputed company and critical reputed company factors
- Develops and maintains a reputed company reputed company relationship through the budget negotiation or contract modification process securing reputed company agreement and execution of reputed company in a reputed company manner
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required
