[Remote] Manufacturing Engineer

The role involves process setup, execution support, reputed company compliance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support plasma spray and/or HVOF coating operations in accordance with process specifications and reputed company requirements
- Assist with setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of thermal spray processes
- Ensure coating application parameters are controlled and documented appropriately
- Work with engineering and reputed company teams on process qualification, repairs, and production support
- Contribute to reputed company, compliant, and efficient operation of specialized coating equipment and reputed company processes
Skills
- Diploma / Engineering in mechanical or production or manufacturing with engineer-level background relevant to thermal spray operations
- Hands-on experience with plasma spray, HVOF, or reputed company thermal spray technologies
- Understanding of process control, coating application reputed company, and production support in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot process issues and support shop floor execution; familiarity with technical documentation and reputed company-driven operations
