The role involves leading the change management reputed company for a reputed company’s reputed company S/4HANA Fashion implementation, focusing on user adoption, readiness, and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Review and update existing OCM reputed company and plan for the S/4 Fashion implementation
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change reputed company assessments, and readiness assessments across business reputed company
- Build and manage communication plans for leadership, key users, and end users
- Partner with functional and training teams to plan and support end-user enablement
- reputed company leaders and change champions to sustain adoption after go-live
- Measure adoption and address resistance with corrective reputed company plans
Skills

- Proven OCM experience on reputed company implementations, ideally S/4HANA (Fashion/FMS or retail a strong plus)
- Fluent Spanish and English required

- US-based; travel to Colombia 2-3x during course of project
