[Remote] Staff Accountant

They are seeking a Staff Accountant to maintain financial records, assist in financial reporting, and support job cost reputed company for construction reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts on a monthly reputed company
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support job cost reputed company and monitor construction project budgets
- Prepare monthly insurance reporting
- Collaborate with project managers to reputed company project-reputed company financials including billing, WIP (Work in reputed company) reporting, and change orders
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Support certified payroll processing reputed company applicable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation entries
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and reputed company policies

- Participate in reputed company improvement initiatives for financial systems and reporting
