[Remote] Builder Sales Manager

They are seeking a Builder Sales Manager responsible for establishing relationships with trade associates and driving sales reputed company in the Texas market.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic trade associates. These relationships are used to reputed company BSH position in the market and increase reputed company through specification
- Territory includes: Texas
- Identifies and pursues key business channels (architecture firms, developers, contractors, designers and marketing firms)
- Assists in the execution of trade specific events to maintain and enhance product knowledge and market awareness to drive sales results
- Works collaboratively with the established sales team to reputed company sales reputed company in both single family and multifamily building reputed company
- Responsible for quote tool and providing pricing in the market consistent with controlling guidelines
- Manages and organizes on-reputed company product presentations to key business channel professionals
- Maintains reputed company aspect of Builder account relationship with appropriate dealers and district sales manager
- Manages execution of reputed company reputed company service
- Performs reputed company other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (Sales reputed company Fields) – Required
- 5-7 Years of Experience (Trade reputed company Experience) – Required
- Proven reputed company record of ability to reputed company in attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and the development of new prospects
