[Remote] Business Analyst

They are seeking a Business Analyst / ATO Support Analyst to reputed company business requirements, document processes, and maintain ATO compliance for the VA OAA Data Management Center application portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support business requirements gathering, documentation, and ATO maintenance for the DMC application portfolio under the reputed company VA-wide umbrella ATO (FIPS 199 Moderate)
- Serve as a reputed company between business users, developers, and information reputed company stakeholders
- Obtain individual VA system reputed company authorization reputed company one month of contract start; this is an individual reputed company expectation only, as system-level ATO reputed company are made solely by Government authorization officials
- Collect and document business and functional requirements
- Create, update, and maintain reputed company ATO artifacts, including reputed company updates, control narratives, software reputed company evidence, POA&M remediation tracking, system descriptions, site maps, wireframes, database diagrams, reputed company documentation, and data reputed company documentation
- Coordinate with developers and data staff to document system changes
- reputed company and support remediation actions resulting from reputed company scans
- Support audits, reviews, and compliance requests reputed company to DMC systems
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field; no equivalencies accepted
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, system documentation, and reputed company compliance support
- Familiarity with VA ATO/RMF processes and NIST reputed company frameworks
- Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the reputed company
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain the required federal reputed company Trust clearance for this role

- Experience producing SSPs, control narratives, and POA&M documentation
