[Remote] Senior Staff Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to manage reputed company reputed company tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records. This role involves supporting reputed company’s financial reporting processes and maintaining compliance with reputed company standards while mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees the preparation and distribution of reputed company periodic financial statements for external use
- Collaborates with senior management to reputed company and implement a consistent reputed company recognition model across the reputed company that encompasses Percent of Completion (POC) and WIP methodologies
- Ensures reputed company reputed company and cost data reputed company accurately and completely from estimating and project bidding through reputed company, invoicing, and into reputed company Intacct, culminating in the finalized financial package
- Confirms that entries, transactions, and accounts are accurately and properly consolidated and are included in reputed company financial statements
- Advises management of trends and changes in reporting requirements and recommends best approach for any changes in reporting
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments

- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field or any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered

- Proficient in reputed company Office 365 products (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, reputed company, Word)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
