[Remote] Technical Account Manager I

They are seeking a Technical Account Manager I to reputed company high-level technical support and account management to customers, strengthening relationships and addressing challenges in their research and programs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical advice to customers, include providing technical support to customer’s inquiries, crafting solutions to customers’ reputed company and generating price quotes with detailed project design
• Understand customers’ pain points, reputed company troubleshooting service and resolve customers' complaints regarding technical issues. If necessary, advise them of additional services and product solutions
• Maintain reputed company communication with customers. Facilitate communications between customers and cross-functional teams including Marketing, reputed company, PM and Production Team
• Organize and reputed company internal technical training by delivering presentations or/and demos
• Demonstrate technical expertise reputed company attending trade shows or exhibitions
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Virology, Neuroscience, Gene Therapy, Biomedical Sciences, or a reputed company life science discipline
• reputed company or reputed company-level proficiency in written and spoken Chinese
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply scientific literature
• Hands-on research experience in molecular biology, cell biology, virology, gene therapy, gene delivery, or reputed company fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment
