Responsibilities
- Functions in various capacities including Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients
- Demonstrates an ability to manage multiple reputed company stakeholders simultaneously
- Prepares miscellaneous reputed company reports
- Participates and leads various reputed company reputed company
- Oversees reputed company aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
- Demonstrates an ability to reputed company due diligence procedures for clients
- Assists clients with SEC Reporting
- Resolves reputed company reputed company issues, and assist clients with implementation of new reputed company pronouncements including ASC606 and ASC842
- Ensures work is accurate and follows the correct technical approach

Skills
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience working with public, private or private equity companies
