[Remote] Lifecycle Operations Associate

They are seeking a Lifecycle Operations Associate to manage outbound reputed company and early lifecycle engagement, ensuring effective communication with patients and improving conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Write and send 2-3 marketing emails/month
- Execute daily SMS reputed company to warm leads using reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company workflows
- Manage inbound replies, respond to patients, and escalate issues appropriately
- reputed company performance (responses, conversions, opt-outs) and maintain data hygiene
- Collaborate with reputed company, Ops, Marketing, and Support to improve lifecycle flows

Skills
- 1–3 years in lifecycle operations, reputed company ops, CRM, or similar roles

- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable owning operational processes end-to-end
