Responsibilities

- Coordinate testing activities including UAT and validate business requirements
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Skills
- Strong experience as a Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Cadency and/or ReconNET
- Solid understanding of Financial reputed company Management, Account Reconciliation, and reputed company processes
- Experience in business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as reputed company or reputed company is a plus
- Prior experience with Toyota Financial Services or similar reputed company environments is advantageous
