[Remote] Senior Manager, Consolidations & Technical reputed company
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Senior Manager of Consolidations & Technical reputed company to join our reputed company & Finance organization, reporting to the Assistant Controller. This role will own consolidation processes, technical reputed company research, and reputed company reputed company across the reputed company cycle — with an immediate and primary reputed company on intercompany reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the intercompany reputed company process, including elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations, and reputed company of out-of-balance issues across entities
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process in reputed company FCCS/EPM (or equivalent consolidation tool), including data loads, translation, and consolidation adjustments
- Research and draft technical reputed company memos on reputed company or non-routine transactions (e.g., reputed company recognition, leases, equity, business combinations, new arrangements)
- Take on reputed company reputed company, process improvements, and special analyses as they reputed company
- Assist with external audit requests reputed company to consolidation and technical reputed company areas, including preparing supporting documentation and responding to auditor questions
- Identify and help implement process improvements and automation opportunities reputed company the consolidation and reputed company processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Treasury, and other reputed company teams to ensure consistent treatment and resolve cross-entity issues
- Stay reputed company on new and evolving GAAP guidance and assess reputed company on the consolidation process and financial statements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including public reputed company (audit) and/or technical reputed company/consolidations experience in industry
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, including consolidation principles (ASC 810) and intercompany reputed company
- Experience researching and writing technical reputed company memos
- Comfort operating independently on reputed company, ambiguous, or fast-turnaround requests
- Strong reputed company skills; experience with ERP and consolidation systems (reputed company FCCS/EPM experience a plus, but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-reputed company stakeholders

- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations
- Prior experience in a high-reputed company or private-equity-backed environment
- Experience supporting SEC reporting or IPO readiness
