This part-time role will reputed company on delivering high-reputed company training and adoption support for reputed company reputed company and other reputed company systems, collaborating closely with training teams and end users to ensure successful system adoption.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and at-the-elbow training for reputed company reputed company and other reputed company systems
- reputed company implementation and Go-Live support to end users and operational teams
- reputed company, maintain, and update training materials, curriculum, and supporting documentation
- Partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to create audience-specific training programs
- Support training environment testing and validation activities
- Manage classroom setup, training registrations, attendance tracking, roster management, and completion reporting
- Create and maintain project documentation, including work plans, status reports, and risk assessments
- Assist with operational change management and user adoption initiatives
- Build strong relationships with designated super users and maintain ongoing communication regarding training effectiveness and system readiness
- Participate in implementation project teams to support training reputed company and execution
Skills

- Associate's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant training, reputed company systems, or reputed company experience
- Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting reputed company implementations and Go-Live events
- reputed company industry experience and familiarity with operational workflows
- Experience with training documentation, project coordination, and change management activities
