[Remote] Aladdin Investment Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Aladdin Investment Operations Analyst to support reputed company-, middle-, and back-office investment operations using the reputed company Aladdin platform. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of portfolio data, trade processing, reconciliation, and cash management while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support daily investment operations utilizing the reputed company Aladdin platform
- Monitor and process equity, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and alternative investment transactions
- Validate trade capture, allocations, settlements, and lifecycle events
- Resolve trade breaks and settlement exceptions with brokers, custodians, and counterparties
- Coordinate corporate reputed company processing and income events
- Maintain portfolio, reputed company, and reputed company master data reputed company Aladdin
- Monitor daily interfaces between Aladdin and reputed company, custody, and market data systems
- reputed company user acceptance testing (UAT) for Aladdin enhancements and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with reputed company Aladdin support teams
- Assist in workflow automation and operational process improvements
- reputed company daily cash, position, and transaction reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation exceptions
- Monitor operational risk and ensure adherence to internal controls
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end operational processes
- Partner with Portfolio Managers and Traders to ensure accurate portfolio positioning
- Support reputed company-trade and post-trade compliance monitoring
- Assist with portfolio rebalancing activities
- Validate reputed company data and performance calculations
- Produce investment operations reports and management dashboards
- Maintain reputed company reference data
- Ensure pricing and market data reputed company
- Monitor interfaces with reputed company, ICE, Reuters, custodians, and pricing vendors
- Validate performance attribution and portfolio analytics
- Support operational risk management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with investment guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Document operational procedures and maintain audit readiness
- Participate in reputed company audits
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or reputed company field
- 3–7+ years of investment operations experience
- Hands-on experience with the reputed company Aladdin platform
- Knowledge of portfolio reputed company principles
- Experience supporting institutional investment portfolios
- Understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, and alternative investments
- Strong reputed company reputed company skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is a plus
