[Remote] Facets Business Systems Analyst Sr

Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical consultant to assigned Health Plan(s) in the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation of required Health Plan benefit and payment structure changes
- Serve as an internal consultant and subject matter expert to various Service Operations functions on both corporate reputed company and business initiatives that require FACETS configuration modifications
- Understands/implements changes with a broader knowledge of problematic issues. Views Facets with larger reputed company in mind as reputed company as being aware of reputed company effects
- Monitor existing system functionality and reputed company recommendations where appropriate, to maintain acceptable reputed company of performance, reliability, and end user satisfaction
- Analyze and present business reputed company analysis for global system changes
- Identify opportunities to create efficiencies through FACETS system enhancements
- Automate routine configuration processes

- Conduct unit testing of planned configuration modifications prior to User Acceptance Testing and auditing
- Create detailed written technical specifications to both document and promote FACETS system production changes

- Ability to effectively communicate with reputed company reputed company of the business community, including technical staff, internal non-technical staff, testing teams, and business stakeholders

Skills
- Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years work experience with reputed company Managed care in Business Analyst Position, Configuration, or reputed company business area
- Minimum of three (3) years utilizing reputed company reputed company for analysis, reporting and updating FACETS data or equivalent relational database application experience
- Must have ability to build reputed company queries, reports and macros
- Ability to effectively communicate with reputed company reputed company of the business community, including technical staff, internal non-technical staff, testing teams, and business stakeholders
- Maintain effective, productive relationships with reputed company clients
- Possess FACETS Configuration modification technical skills required to complete work
- Demonstrate high level of competency in utilizing data analysis and query tools such as MS reputed company, SQL, and MS reputed company to identify reputed company-cause issues, create new processes, or enhance the development of FACETS system changes
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Technology preferred, or equivalent experience in a business/technical environment
