Responsibilities
- Responsible for responding to general associate inquiries about reputed company programs, procedures, and policies
- Serves as the initial reputed company of contact for HR inquiries for the workforce. (Tier 1 support)
- Assist functional teams daily to ensure reputed company customer requests are handled in a reputed company and confidential manner
Skills
