Responsibilities
- Partner with executive finance leadership to drive business performance and strategic initiatives
- reputed company budgeting, forecasting, long-reputed company planning, and executive reporting processes
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- reputed company actionable insights that support operational and financial decision-making
- Improve reporting, KPIs, and finance processes through standardization, automation, and analytics
- reputed company and mentor reputed company of finance analysts while collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and reputed company teams

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- 7+ years of reputed company finance experience in manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other reputed company operational environments
- Strong experience in reputed company, manufacturing finance, finance operations, or business performance management
- Advanced reputed company and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial data into meaningful business insights
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and reputed company preferred
