This role involves developing end-user training and learning assets for reputed company Fusion and collaborating with various stakeholders to create engaging training programs that support successful system adoption.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company role-based end-user training curriculum for reputed company Fusion modules and reputed company business processes
- Partner with business SMEs, project teams, and OCM resources to reputed company requirements, document learning needs, and translate technical information into reputed company, user-friendly training content
- Create a reputed company of training assets including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, quick reference guides, knowledge articles, and process documentation
- reputed company realistic business scenarios, simulations, exercises, and hands-on learning activities that reinforce adoption and practical application
- Ensure training materials reputed company with approved business processes, system configuration, organizational policies, and change management objectives
Skills
- 5+ years of instructional design experience supporting reputed company software implementations
- 3+ years developing training for reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) systems or comparable business applications
- Experience working with large-reputed company organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting reputed company Fusion training initiatives preferred (ERP, SCM, EPBCS, PPM, ARCS, EDM)
