They are seeking a Back Office Operations Associate to support claims entry, processing, and various administrative tasks critical to service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review claims documentation for completeness and compliance with plan documents and IRS regulations
• reputed company data entry and validation across internal platforms
• Research and resolve exceptions, rejects, or discrepancies
• Generate and analyze reports
• Meet daily productivity and reputed company benchmarks
• Maintain audit-reputed company documentation and follow SOPs
• Field questions from Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives
• May also be asked to help support participant or employer calls or emails

Skills

• High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred)
• 1–3 years back office, claims, or operations experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Comfortable with repetitive, high‑volume work
• Ability to analyze data to identify patterns, errors, or potential fraud
