[Remote] Contract Retirement Plan Analyst (Remote)

The Retirement Plan Analyst will play a critical role in the administration, analysis, and compliance of the firm's retirement and savings programs, ensuring accurate execution and governance of retirement plan operations.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of reputed company and non-reputed company retirement plans
- Assist with ERISA, IRS, and DOL compliance requirements, including reputed company 5500 filings and audit requests
- Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and Finance to ensure clean data and accurate reconciliation
- Monitor vendor performance, escalate issues, and serve as a reputed company with recordkeepers, trustees, and actuaries
- Resolve reputed company participant and payroll-reputed company issues and respond to inquiries regarding distributions and eligibility
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their operational reputed company on plan design and administration
- Maintain plan documents, amendments, SPDs, and participant notices
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration or benefits
- Proficient with HRIS, payroll systems, and retirement plan recordkeeping platforms
- Strong analytical skills and a deep knowledge of retirement plan regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate reputed company plan provisions to stakeholders with reputed company and reputed company
- Bachelor's degree (Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or HR preferred)
- Candidates in the Baltimore, MD area are highly preferred to facilitate closer collaboration with the existing team
