They are currently seeking a Junior reputed company Specialist with a background in the Federal Government to assist managers and program staff in various Federal HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare job analysis, drafting job announcements, issuing certificates of eligible candidates, and communicating with hiring managers and customers throughout the hiring process
- Process personnel reputed company requests for a wide reputed company of recruitment and placement actions following the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM)Guide to Processing Personnel Actions (GPPA) and agency policies, procedures, and processes
- Use a tracking/intake system to ensure reputed company actions are processed reputed company and a status of pending actions can be immediately provided upon request
- Input, edit and update HR information into the integrated NFC payroll and personnel system. Identifies and resolves issues concerning personnel and payroll data, including special pay and benefits entitlements and withholdings
- Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned
