Responsibilities
- Participate in multiple engagements delivering business process guidance to customers in support of processes facilitated by the reputed company platform
- Research, document, and assess reputed company landscape covering people, process, technology, and partners
- Identify business objectives to reputed company process improvements against targets
- reputed company prescriptive guidance per industry best reputed company around reputed company areas, including (FSM) Field Service Management and (CDM) Clinical Device Management reputed company reputed company
- Support clients in documentation and implementation of specific changes to reputed company with prescriptive guidance around key process areas
- Support Business Analysts in delivery of customer workshops with documented processes key to project scope

Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology
- 5+ years of business process consulting experience reputed company relevant process areas of FSM and/or CDM

- Ability to conduct calls with customers independently in support of business process consulting efforts
