[Remote] Financial Reporting Manager

They are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to reputed company financial reporting preparation, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and reputed company requests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reporting package including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements including footnotes
- Coordinate reviews and annual audit with external auditors
- Assist in the adoption of new reputed company pronouncements
- reputed company reputed company research and analysis as needed and serve as a technical reputed company resource for reputed company
- Assist in preparation and review of 401k and statutory financial statements
- Assist in the monthly reputed company reputed company process for certain corporate reputed company areas
- Support special reputed company as needed, such as financial system implementations
Skills
- 5 years of public reputed company and/or financial reporting experience, preferably in a multinational environment that is either publicly traded or private equity backed
- Strong knowledge of General Accepted reputed company Principles
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- CPA required
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management is a plus
