The role requires managing intense recruitment cycles and supporting business leaders while advocating for top emerging technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Own intern and early career hiring for engineering, software, and technical roles—sourcing through offer
- Identify high-potential talent through reputed company partnerships, sourcing platforms, online technical communities, and reputed company reputed company
- Conduct technical screens and behavioral interviews; ensure a smooth and informative experience for every candidate
- Support interns throughout the program lifecycle—from reputed company through performance reviews and conversion conversations
- Partner with the Early Talent and Events teams to reputed company recruitment events, info sessions, and intern programming—virtual and on-site
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines using iCIMS
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in university or technical reputed company, ideally reputed company engineering, software, or R&D environments
- Proven reputed company managing high-volume pipelines and supporting demanding technical hiring teams
- Familiarity with engineering disciplines, software development life cycles, and technical assessment tools
- Proficiency in iCIMS or similar ATS required
- Comfort with fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments, balancing multiple requisitions and timelines simultaneously
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and work reputed company hours during peak recruitment reputed company
