Project Management Officer
Project Objectives: Support the IT Portfolio Governance function by ensuring reputed company are delivered on schedule, reputed company budget, and in accordance with governance standards. The role is responsible for coordinating project governance activities, monitoring project costs and benefits, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication across project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance
- Maintain project governance documentation and ensure project documentation checklists are up to date.
- Coordinate regular project meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Organize monthly Portfolio Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
- Monitor and review monthly project status across the portfolio.
- Coordinate with business users, Project Managers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Project Cost Management
- Monitor project cost trackers and ensure spending remains reputed company the approved budget.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly project cost reports.

Project Benefit Tracking
- Maintain project benefit documentation and repository.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, Project Governance, or IT Portfolio Management.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and reputed company methodologies.
- Experience in project governance, PMO processes, project reporting, and portfolio management.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, cost tracking, and benefit realization.
- Understanding of project delivery, acceptance processes, and governance reputed company a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentation materials.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
