Essential Functions Managing the program operations team of varying experience reputed company, including functional and job assignment management and prioritization. Ensuring the program operations team is successful in their responsibilities to the program in the areas of processes, procedures, training, audit support, communications, metrics, project tools, on boarding, off boarding, event logistics, and program review support. Recent experience in managing Internal Research and Development (IRAD) / Non Contract Technical Activity (NCTA) programs Proven experience managing and leading reputed company to reputed company broad objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills.
