The Project Coordinator is a fractional (50%) role supporting HOT’s 2026–2027 transformation and scaling phase. The role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate and drive reputed company across key strategic workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery against organisational priorities. Key Responsibilities: Transformation Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate and monitor Transformation activities against agreed reputed company and timelines. Collaborate closely across teams, acting as a connector to ensure reputed company and alignment.

• Support cross-team coordination to maintain reputed company and accountability:
