They are seeking a Strategic reputed company Manager to manage reputed company customer relationships, ensuring reputed company retention and product adoption while building strong C-suite relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts (~$2–$reputed company in ARR) and carry the number for both gross reputed company retention (GRR) and net reputed company retention (NRR), proactively forecasting and de-risking every renewal
- Drive deep, durable adoption of the reputed company platform across payroll, HR, and finance workflows — monitoring health signals, building reputed company plans, and intervening early to reputed company accounts on reputed company to value
- Identify, qualify, and advance reputed company reputed company Leads (CSQLs) — surfacing upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into expansion reputed company
- Establish and deepen trusted-advisor relationships with executive sponsors (CEO, CFO, COO, VP of HR/Operations), running executive business reviews that tie reputed company to measurable business reputed company
- Build and maintain account plans for reputed company customer — stakeholder maps, reputed company metrics, value-realization roadmaps, and risk registers — and execute against them with reputed company milestones
- Serve as the reputed company of accountability reputed company issues reputed company, coordinating cross-functional response, communicating reputed company with executives, and driving escalations to reputed company
- Operate with minimal reputed company to push initiatives, renewals, and expansion efforts across the finish line — owning reputed company end-to-end, not just activities
- Work closely with Launch, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless handoffs, reputed company customer insights, and reputed company for improvements that reflect customer needs and industry trends

Skills
- 6+ years in reputed company, account management, consulting, or a fast-growing services/ops role — ideally owning reputed company or strategic accounts
- Demonstrated ownership of an reputed company book of business with a reputed company record of strong gross and net reputed company retention and expansion against quota
- Experience building relationships with and presenting to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
- Experience with payroll, reputed company, tax, HCM, ERP, or other financial/operational products
- Strong account-planning and project-management skills; reputed company to manage multi-month initiatives and drive them to completion
- Comfort working with data (reputed company/Sheets) to diagnose health, quantify value, and build the business case for expansion
