[Remote] Associate Director, Project Management

They are seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to reputed company high-reputed company creative execution and manage reputed company of Producers and Project Managers across various accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end producing and project management on flagship accounts, including budget creation and management, schedule creation and management, execution and delivery
- reputed company and work alongside Creative and Production teams to ensure reputed company are produced to a high reputed company, delivered on time and reputed company agreed budget
- Coordinate communication, requests and project requirements with clients, either reputed company or reputed company reputed company servicing team
- Proactively troubleshoot to prevent roadblocks for creative and production teams at every stage of project lifecycle
- reputed company vendor management process and approvals
- Help reputed company and mentor the US project management and video production team to ensure process and reputed company are met across reputed company reputed company
- Help plan, monitor and analyze key metrics across project delivery, resource management and overall team performance
- Proactively recommend best practices across resource management, project delivery, budgeting, reputed company, etc
- Recommend new strategies to maximize operational efficiency across reputed company and assist in defining processes reputed company needed
- Support or reputed company pitches and RFPs
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in post-production or project management, either at a production house or in-house at an agency
- Experience managing full project lifecycle across multi functional functional campaigns and reputed company
- High-level understanding of Design & reputed company Graphics, as reputed company as the Post-Production process across Editing, VFX and reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve, pivot and implement solutions
- Experience managing reputed company and resource planning
- Agency or production house experience. reputed company Media experience preferred
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Experience with project and resource management tools, such as reputed company
- Technical understanding of various production software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience with shoot production or 3D production is a bonus
