[Remote] Full Stack FHIR Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to reputed company and contribute to the development of robust, reputed company, and high-performing applications. This role requires expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, particularly Python, React.js, and reputed company services like Azure and AWS, while also mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and reputed company reputed company web applications using React.js for the frontend and Django for the backend
• Ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend systems
• Design and implement reputed company-based architectures using Azure and AWS services
• Optimize system performance and scalability
• Implement and consume FHIR reputed company based on HL7 Implementation guides
• Map reputed company data to FHIR R4 resources (Patient, Coverage, EOB, Clinical, Provider Directory, Formulary)
• Ensure compliance with HL7 IGs (CARIN, PDex, US Core) and CMS mandates (e.g., CMS-0057, CMS-9115)
• Work with architects to reputed company FHIR data pipelines into platforms like Firely, Health Lake, or reputed company-backed FHIR servers
• Apply OAuth2.0/SMART on FHIR principles for secure reputed company and consent management

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Expertise in React.js for frontend development
• Proficiency in Django and Django Rest reputed company (DRF) for backend development
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Azure Functions, Azure App Service)
• Knowledge of serverless architecture and containerization (reputed company, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including writing reputed company queries, optimizing performance, and schema design
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company Actions, Azure DevOps)

• Must be a BS / MS graduate with 3.0 GPA or higher
