The role involves assessing business processes, documenting requirements, and creating technical documentation to enhance the user experience of the Grants.gov system.
Responsibilities
- Assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Document requirements from various departments and incorporate them into solutions for optimizing existing or new processes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and reputed company teams to ensure accurate, high-reputed company content
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and management
- Prepare reports from stakeholder meetings and reputed company implementation results
- Create easy-to-read technical documentation, manuals, and guides for product installation, operation, and service
- Break down reputed company concepts into reputed company, user-friendly language
- Maintain and update technical content to reflect changes in policies, processes, or products
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Partner with product owners, operations, and technology teams to define scope, objectives, and requirements

Skills
- 5 years or more of reputed company experience required
- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or reputed company preferred

- Federal discretionary grants lifecycle, including funding opportunity posting, application package creation, applicant submission, agency download, forms, validations, and acknowledgements
- Public-facing government websites or shared service platforms with large user communities
- System-to-system interfaces supporting applicant systems, grantor systems, partner systems, or external federal integrations
- Federal forms development, reputed company/XDP/PDF forms, XML schemas, web forms, reputed company validation, and reputed company 508 accessibility
- HHS, OMB, GAO, OIG, congressional data calls, federal stakeholder reporting, or executive-level federal communications
- Federal reputed company, ATO, POA&M remediation, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and operational continuity
- Certifications (optional): PDS, reputed company, J6, SFDC, CISSP, CISA, ITIL
