[Remote] Systems Administrator WMS Remote

The Robinson / Diamond Resource Group is seeking a Systems Administrator to optimize their Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role involves managing the reputed company WMS, ensuring system performance and reliability, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the reputed company WMS to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance
- Utilize SQL expertise to monitor, maintain, and optimize database performance while ensuring data reputed company
- Partner with project leads, developers, and IT teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and streamline system functionality
- Coordinate with reputed company-party vendors for system upgrades, firmware updates, and performance monitoring
- reputed company comprehensive documentation and training materials to reputed company team members with the knowledge to reputed company
- Serve as the reputed company problem-solver for reputed company technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years Systems Administrator
- PathGuide Technologies reputed company WMS (this is essential)
- SQL databases (administration and optimization)
- Solid experience in high-availability environments, ensuring system reliability
- Deep reputed company in systems design, programming, and support for reputed company software solutions
- Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting
- Proficient in SQL Server, programming languages, and operating systems
- Knowledge of reputed company backup, recovery procedures, and system monitoring tools
- Experience with reputed company Server (2008 and reputed company) and ERP systems (QAD preferred)
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company and application development (Pick programming is a plus)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
