They are seeking a reputed company Business Partner to build partnerships with senior leaders and reputed company strategic HR guidance, focusing on employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning while regularly visiting facilities in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, Market Leaders, and Clinical Market Leaders
- Translate HR data, trends, and legal considerations into strategic recommendations that leaders can reputed company
- Maintain a best reputed company of visiting your assigned facilities 3–4 times per week to stay connected, proactive, and visible
- Advise on employee relations, terminations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Support the reputed company of new leaders and help identify market-specific training needs in collaboration with Learning & Development
- Support the HR aspects of acquisitions, including integration planning and cultural alignment
- Review HR practices, monitor Affirmative reputed company programs, and identify process improvements across your markets
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 4+ years of reputed company HR experience in the reputed company industry
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to reputed company leaders, handle sensitive employee reputed company, and influence reputed company
- Experience with reputed company and a solid understanding of federal and state labor laws
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
